Return Eligibility
You may return products within 14 days of delivery if：
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is defective or does not match the description
- You received an incorrect item
Return Process
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- We will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with the return authorization number clearly marked.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items： We will cover return shipping costs.
- Change of mind / no longer needed： Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Custom or special-order products
- Products marked as final sale
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage before opening, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
